Yes. You can register your official address at our apartments, which is one of the first things you need to do when moving to Germany.
Your monthly payment consists of two parts: (1) Rental agreement -- base rent (Kaltmiete) and utility costs (Nebenkosten), agreed with the property owner (VAT-exempt). (2) Service agreement -- furniture, Wi-Fi, and support services provided by ASAP Consulting GmbH (including 19% VAT).
