Over the years — through school, university, and various longer stays in Berlin — we got to know the city inside out. But we also got to know its rental market: unclear terms, inconsistent quality, and an experience that left little room for trust.
We're Sascha and Antonia Albrecht, both trained architects — Sascha as Dipl.-Ing. Architekt, Antonia with a Master of Arts in Architecture. In 2017, we decided to do things differently. Together, we design and plan every apartment ourselves with one goal: creating spaces that are simple, practical, and genuinely cozy.
What started as a handful of apartments has grown into a portfolio of over 140 furnished homes across 10 Berlin neighborhoods. We've welcomed more than 500 tenants from over 40 countries — professionals relocating for work, researchers on fellowships, families starting a new chapter.
