Our most affordable furnished apartments start at approximately 900 EUR per month, all-inclusive. This typically includes a studio or compact 1-room apartment in neighborhoods like Wedding, Adlershof, or Pankow. The all-inclusive price covers furniture, high-speed internet, electricity, water, heating, and basic household supplies — so there are no hidden costs or Nebenkosten surprises.
ASAP Living specializes in exactly this. Our minimum stay is 6 months, making us ideal for mid-term stays. Your monthly payment consists of two parts:
This transparent structure ensures you always know exactly what you’re paying for.
As a tenant in Germany, you benefit from strong legal protections under the German Civil Code (BGB):
For detailed information about tenant rights in Berlin, visit the Berliner Mieterverein or consult a legal advisor.
Because you rent directly from us — the operator. ASAP Living is not a broker or a platform. We manage, furnish, and maintain every apartment ourselves. There is no middleman, no platform markup, and no finder’s fee.
Your monthly payment consists of two transparent parts:
Both parts are clearly itemized — you always know exactly what you’re paying for.
Rent is paid monthly by bank transfer (SEPA). If you’re transferring from outside the EU, a standard international wire transfer (SWIFT) works as well. We provide you with our bank details before your first payment. Credit card payments are currently not available for monthly rent, but your initial deposit can be arranged flexibly.
No visa or residence permit is required to sign a rental agreement with us. EU/EEA citizens can rent freely. Non-EU citizens can secure an apartment before arriving — many of our tenants sign their contract while still abroad.
Once you have your apartment and Anmeldung, this actually helps with your visa or residence permit application. We provide a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung for your registration at the Bürgeramt.
Renters insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) is not legally required in Germany, but we strongly recommend it. A basic personal liability policy typically costs 5–10 EUR per month and covers accidental damage to the apartment or its contents.
Health insurance, on the other hand, is mandatory for everyone living in Germany. If you need guidance on finding insurance, our team is happy to point you in the right direction.
Everything is included and already set up when you move in. Your all-inclusive payment covers electricity, heating, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and basic household supplies. You don’t need to register with any utility provider or sign separate contracts.
The only thing you may want to set up yourself is a German mobile phone plan — we can recommend providers if you need help.
Our team speaks English, German, Spanish, and Turkish. We handle all communication — from your first inquiry through move-in and maintenance — in the language you’re most comfortable with. Most of our written communication (contracts, move-in guides, support) is available in English and German.
Berlin is generally a very safe city, and all neighborhoods where we offer apartments are well-suited for professionals and families. Areas like Charlottenburg, Schöneberg, and Wilmersdorf are particularly quiet and residential. Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, and Neukölln are more vibrant and lively.
We’re happy to help you choose a neighborhood that fits your lifestyle and comfort level — just let us know your preferences when you apply.
